I decided I wanted to switch the blog up a bit & start sharing special moments about some of my favorite shots and tell you a little more about what’s going on behind the scenes. So I’m introducing a segment on the blog called Fave Friday :: Behind the Shot! I hope you’ll enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy looking back on some of my favorite moments.

I love this image because the most important thing for me, is for my couples to have FUN on their wedding day. In this shot, we had been doing images of the bride and groom, and it happened to fall on a weekend that there was a breast cancer bike race. This crew of people ran up, and photo bombed Tracy and Micheal, and because these two are so fabulous, they played right along. I mean, who does not want an image with a man in a dress?!?! Now, is this album cover worthy no, but it shows something about their relationship, and their personalities, which is always really important to me in the slew of images my clients get. Thats kind of the thing with wedding photography you have to be ready for whatever the day throws you!
